5. Orders and Payments

• • All payments must be made at the time of purchase, and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
• • All prepaid orders are automatically confirmed once the payment is successfully received — no further action is needed from your end.
• • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you for confirmation before processing your order. However, we do not call every COD customer. Confirmation calls are generally made only for new or random customers to ensure order authenticity. Regular or returning customers may not receive a confirmation call, and their COD orders may be processed directly. This step ensures that all details are accurate and verified to avoid any issues.
• • Our inventory is updated once the payment is successfully completed. In the rare situation where two customers simultaneously attempt to purchase the last remaining item, and both proceed with the payment process, the order of the customer whose payment is processed first will be fulfilled. Unfortunately, for the other customer, even if their payment is successful, the product will be out of stock. In such cases, we will cancel the order and initiate a full refund for the payment made.
• • You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. If you do not see the order confirmation in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk email folder.
